THE MISSION:
I was called by the Voca team to design their new dashboard and platform, providing real value to call centers and B2C companies in managing their telecommunications and operations. The goal was to revolutionize traditional call centers and voice assistants by having AI agents that speak just like humans would and having a backend system and platform to monitor, track and monetize this digital, human-free operations.
